AI analysis · Solar panels · Coming to the United States

Solar panels, checked panel by panel.

What the analysis finds

What AI flags, checked by a person.

Each finding is marked on the photos and the map, and checked by our team before the report goes out.

  • Cracked or broken glass

Panels with cracks, chips or broken glass, marked on the array plan.

  • Dirt and droppings

Dust, bird droppings and leaves that cut output, so you know what to clean.

  • Shading

Trees, walls, geysers and new buildings that cast shade on the panels.

  • Mounting and cables

Loose rails, lifted panels and cables that can be seen from above.

  • Panel count and layout

Every panel counted and drawn on a plan of the roof or site.

  • Vegetation

Grass and bushes growing into ground-mounted arrays.

How it works

    AI reviews every panel

Visible damage, dirt and shading are flagged panel by panel.

  3. 03

    Our team checks it

A person checks each finding and marks it on the array plan.

  4. 04

    You get the report

A plan of the array, photos of each finding and a list of what to fix or clean.

On request

Thermal inspection, on request

Hot spots, failed cells and dead strings show up on a thermal camera. We fly thermal inspections on request, with qualified thermographers reading the results. Send us your site details for a quote.

Questions

Solar panels: questions.

What can a normal camera see?
Cracked glass, dirt, bird droppings, shading, loose mounting and cables that can be seen from above. Faults inside a panel need a thermal camera.
Do you do thermal inspections?
Yes, on request. We fly a thermal camera over the array, and a qualified thermographer reads the results. Send us your site details for a quote.
Does the system need to be switched off?
No. The pilot flies from the ground and nobody goes onto the roof.
How is a solar check priced?
By the size of the array and the site. Send us the address and the number of panels, and we quote within one working day.
Which AI do you use?
We use current image analysis models and choose the one that works best for each task. A person on our team checks every finding before the report reaches you.
