How quickly do I get the files?
Within 48 hours of the flight. We agree the shoot date when you book. If the weather is bad on the day, we move it.
What sizes do the files come in?
Landscape photos sized for listing portals, full-resolution files for print, and portrait and square clips for social.
What's on the property page?
The edited photos, the video and a map showing where the property is. It has its own link to share with buyers or add to the listing. It comes with Listing and Showcase.
Can you fly in a security estate or complex?
Usually, with notice. Many estates have their own drone rules. Tell us the estate when you book. We check their rules before we confirm.
What if the weather is bad on the day?
We move the shoot to the next good day. Grey skies and strong wind give poor listing photos.
Can I use the photos anywhere?
Use them to market the property: listing portals, social media, print and your own website.
Do you shoot interiors?
Our pilots shoot the outside, from the air. Book your usual photographer for the interiors and use both sets together on the listing.
