Are these prices final?
They are launch prices, excl. VAT. We are still testing them, so they may change. Your quote always shows the exact price before you book.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Every booking comes with a date window. If wind or rain makes flying unsafe, the pilot flies on the next good day in the window. If the window runs out, we rebook you for free.
Can I pause a subscription?
Yes. Build plans, Seasons, Home Year and Season Refresh can pause between flights, for a building break or a quiet season. Month-to-month Build plans have a 6-month minimum.
Why are construction prices shown for a 2 ha site?
Site records are priced by the area we fly. The cards use a 2 ha site so you can compare plans. Trace your own site on the instant price page and the price updates as you draw.
How do Agent Pack credits work?
You buy a set number of shoots each month at a lower price per shoot, and use them on any listing. You can use unused credits in the next month.
What's the difference between a package and hiring a pilot?
Packages come back finished: edited photos, maps, reports and film. Hire a pilot gives you a licensed pilot and drone for your own shoot, with raw files only.
Who does the flying?
Licensed, insured local pilots in the Kiteshot network, checked against SACAA rules. Kiteshot doesn't own drones. We find the work, brief the pilot, and edit, map and check everything before it reaches you.
