Are these prices final?
Not yet. United Kingdom is a founding market, and prices in GBP arrive at launch. Join the waitlist and you'll hear first.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Every booking comes with a date window. If wind or rain makes flying unsafe, the pilot flies on the next good day in the window. If the window runs out, we rebook you for free.
Can I pause a subscription?
Yes. Build plans, Seasons, Home Year and Season Refresh can pause between flights, for a building break or a quiet season. Month-to-month Build plans have a 6-month minimum.
How do Agent Pack credits work?
You buy a set number of shoots each month at a lower price per shoot, and use them on any listing. You can use unused credits in the next month.
What's the difference between a package and hiring a pilot?
Packages come back finished: edited photos, maps, reports and film. Hire a pilot gives you a licensed pilot and drone for your own shoot, with raw files only.
Who does the flying?
Licensed, insured local pilots in the Kiteshot network, checked against CAA rules. Kiteshot doesn't own drones. We find the work, brief the pilot, and edit, map and check everything before it reaches you.
