Founding market
Roof surveys are coming to the United Kingdom
Prices are set at launch. Tell us your nearest town and we'll tell you when pilots are flying in your area.
Is this an engineer's report?
No. We photograph every roof and mark the problems we can see, like a lifted sheet or a blocked gutter, so a roofer or engineer knows where to look first.
When should a body corporate survey the roofs?
Before and after the rainy season. In the Western Cape most rain falls from May to August, so many estates survey in March or April and again in September or October.
Do residents need to be home?
No. The managing agent or trustees get the date window, and residents are told before the flight. The pilot photographs roofs and common property, and we blur faces and number plates on request.
How big an estate can you survey?
Single buildings to large estates. Big estates may be flown over more than one day.
Can a managing agent book several schemes?
Yes. Send us the list of schemes. We price each one and plan the flights together, and each scheme gets its own report.
Why use a drone instead of a ladder?
Nobody has to climb onto the roof, the whole complex is photographed in one visit, and you get the same photos every year to compare.
